A couple wins I'm proud of

  • At The Weather Channel, spotted a churn-prevention opportunity, then partnered with engineering, analytics, and the business unit to launch a lifecycle-driven retention play. $2.5M+ in annual savings.
  • At Vint, led the end-to-end redesign of our investing flow — higher activations, larger average investment size, and durable platform growth.
Shipping is table stakes now. The best growth wins live in the seams between functions — which means PMs need to actually understand how every part of the business operates.

I also ship side projects to scratch the build-it-yourself itch. Recs' is my iOS app for travel recs from people you actually trust (not algos); MyAppsHQ is a job-application tracker I built — and am using — to find my next role.

    • Owned a 20× increase in AUM and 10× increase in active investors.
    • Built the analytics program from scratch with the CTO — data schema, Tableau/GA/SQL pipelines, dashboards. Conducted hundreds of user interviews along the way.

    • Strategist on ecommerce and tech accounts: Norton LifeLock, Orvis, MapBox, and political accounts.

    • Helped clients navigate the iOS 14.5 rollout and build durable attribution systems; managed account teams and developed junior strategists directly.
